We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Caregiver to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide homemaking services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and household management
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events
• Administer personal care services following care plan directives
• Ensure clients' emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety
• Assist with activities of daily living tailored to client needs
• Perform specialized procedures with demonstrated competency after training
• Observe, document, and report client conditions and any changes promptly
• Follow infection prevention practices

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited caregiver training program or equivalent education/experience
• Strong caregiving principles and customer service skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; French is an asset
• Ability to provide high-quality community care services
• Physical ability to assist with client movement, lift up to 23 kg, squat, bend, stand, and reach
• Reliable transportation; driver’s license and vehicle are assets
• Clear Criminal background and Vulnerable Sector checks
