Job summary

Autism Services in Saskatoon is seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide / Personal Support Worker to provide bedside and personal care in clients' homes.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety, dignity, and companionship. Current CPR/First Aid and PSW credentials are preferred; on-the-job training may be offered.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certificates are required or preferred.
• Health Care Aide or PSW certification is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability required.
• Experience in home care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care.
• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene.
• Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk.
• Feed or assist in feeding.
• Launder clothing and household linens.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Provide companionship.
