Description
The Personal Banking Officer is responsible for outbound, banker-initiated contact with members, utilizing in-branch renewal lists, branch, and marketing lead lists. The primary focus is to meet with members to understand and fulfill their banking needs, increase share of wallet, and refer to senior bankers. Sales are driven through proactive calling and upselling referrals provided by other sales professionals.
Key contributions include assessing member financial needs, offering medium to high complexity product and service solutions in credit and investment, conducting effective interviews, and recognizing sales opportunities. Maintaining relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities is essential.
