Job summary

You will collaborate with branch teams and BMO partners to grow relationships, guide customers through digital options, and ensure compliant, accurate processing of transactions while supporting branch goals.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized banking and sales solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities to grow customer relationships.
• Welcomes customers in-branch and guides them to digital/self-serve options.
• Conducts client conversations about banking services and provides personal banking and investment advice.
• Meets customer transaction needs with accurate and seamless execution.
• Reviews customer profiles to identify opportunities and address banking needs.
• Supports branch operations and follows risk/compliance processes.
