No prior experience required; a post-secondary degree is desirable, and strong communication is essential to build trust and loyalty with customers. Training will cover policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of personal, commercial and partner offers to meet customer needs.
• Experience with digital tools and customer-facing apps is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals to colleagues.
• Assist customers with banking services and transactions.
• Provide guidance on digital and self-serve options.
• Escalate complex cases to managers when needed.
• Maintain accuracy in work information and customer records.
