Job summary

BMO Financial Group, Calgary, is seeking a client-focused banking associate to deliver exceptional service and guide customers toward optimal financial solutions. You will discuss digital options and work to understand customer needs.

You will collaborate with partners to grow relationships, welcome customers in the lobby, and perform transactions with accuracy while upholding privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field.
• Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (within 12 months).
• Confident with using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and advise customers on financial solutions.
• Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Welcome customers in the branch lobby and guide them to digital/self-serve options.
• Execute transactions with accuracy and efficiency while protecting customer data.
• Identify needs and opportunities to address banking and credit card requirements.
