Job summary

BMO is seeking a Branch lobby-focused Customer Service Associate in Canada. You will greet customers, offer guidance on digital banking, and identify opportunities to extend banking relationships. The role emphasizes consultative selling and providing personal banking and investment advice.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field
• Canada: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (within 12 months)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them in the branch lobby, offering advice on digital and self-serve options.
• Identify referral opportunities with BMO partners to grow customer relationships beyond personal banking.
• Conduct client conversations about banking services and provide personal banking and investment guidance.
• Handle customer transactions with accurate, seamless execution.
• Review customer profiles to tailor needs-based conversations for banking and credit card products.
