Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Self-starter who works independently in a dynamic environment with strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Dynamic, diligent influencer with can-do attitude to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communicator with customer experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact for solutions while protecting confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital tools.
• Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions; resolve issues and report non-standard matters to management.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations and processes to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in timely completion of business processes and procedures.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and aligns with regulations and TD's Conduct & Ethics.
• Promote a positive, equitable work environment and support team performance and knowledge sharing.
