Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience
• Post-secondary degree in related field is an asset
• IFIC or equivalent required
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months of hire
• Real estate lending/investment experience is an asset
• Knowledge of investing and credit processes to advise clients
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
• Tactful communicator with concise, logical reasoning
• A self-starter with strong organization and time management
