Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
• Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and concepts to provide personalized advice.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers of high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and build positive experiences to deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and answer questions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.
• Collaborate with team to deliver financial reviews and portfolio updates.
