• Advise customers on financial solutions including investments and credit banking options.
• Engage customers with thoughtful questions to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
• Enhance customer confidence by providing personalized advice, answering questions, and addressing concerns confidentially.
• Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff in resolving customer issues.
• Maintain professional conduct in shared spaces according to guidelines.
• Work with customers to review financial portfolios, discuss updates, and suggest solutions aligned with their goals.
• Stay informed on industry issues, regulations, and participate in process improvements.
• Strive to meet service and productivity targets.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations and reflects business intent.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or 1 year relevant experience.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired.
• Experience in real estate secured lending or investment is an asset.
• Knowledge of advanced investing, credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Effective communicator able to exchange ideas clearly.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
