Job Description

Join TD Canada Trust as a Personal Banker, where you'll connect with customers to help them achieve their financial goals by providing financial advice, promoting products, and maintaining positive relationships. You will advise on investment and credit solutions, assist with financial reviews, and stay informed on industry regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions.
  2. Engage with customers to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
  3. Provide personalized financial advice and address customer questions and concerns.
  4. Act as a point of contact for customer issues and maintain professionalism in shared spaces.
  5. Work with customers on financial reviews and portfolio updates.
  6. Stay updated on industry issues, regulations, and participate in process improvements.
  7. Meet service and productivity targets.
  8. Ensure proper documentation reflecting business intentions and compliance.
  9. Collaborate with team members to promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or 1 year relevant experience.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree is an asset.
  • Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
  • CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired.
  • Experience in real estate secured lending and/or investment is an asset.
  • Knowledge of investing, credit processes, and banking solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Effective communication skills and organizational abilities.
