Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on financial solutions, including investments and credit products
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized advice
  • Support customer confidence by addressing questions and concerns confidentially and accurately
  • Handle customer issues as a frontline contact
  • Maintain a professional environment in accordance with marketing and regulatory standards
  • Conduct financial reviews and suggest tailored solutions based on customer goals
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and participate in process improvements
  • Meet service and productivity targets
  • Prepare documentation compliant with regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, diverse work environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or 1 year of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree is an asset
  • IFIC or equivalent certification required; CFSA to be completed within 12 months of hire
  • Experience in real estate secured lending or investments is a plus
  • Knowledge of banking and investment processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
