Desjardins Group is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor in Canada to build lasting relationships with members and clients. You will listen to needs, offer tailored advice across investments, loans and insurance, and balance client satisfaction with risk management. You will collaborate with partners to design integrated strategies for members.

You will engage with young members and individual clients, driving results through trust and financial guidance within a cooperative financial group.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
