Job summary

Shared Health-Soins Communs is seeking a Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver professional nursing care for patients with complex needs and to coordinate care and discharge planning. You will lead within the health care team and administer prescribed treatments in a dynamic perioperative setting.

Applicants should have recent OR nursing experience, perioperative background, and be prepared to complete required online training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.
• WCCNEP EKG course or equivalent preferred.
• Conscious Sedation training preferred.
• NOTE: Successful completion of the WCCNEP EKG Course must be obtained when the opportunity to take the course is scheduled by the employer, or as otherwise mutually agreed to between the nurse and employer.
• NOTE: Adult Conscious Sedation/Procedural Sedation Education validation must be obtained when the opportunity is scheduled by the employer, or as otherwise mutually agreed to between the nurse and employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex health needs.
• Administration of prescribed medical treatments.
• Leadership role within the health care team and coordination of patient care and discharge.
