Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. is seeking an Analyst to join the Performance and NAV Management Team (PNM) in Vancouver, with flexible work between home and office. The role supports NAV data, post-trade analytics, and reporting for CC&L affiliates.

The candidate will have a Finance/Business background and 1–2 years in investment management, with a penchant for detail, collaboration, and process improvement. A CFA is an asset and the team emphasizes end-to-end data excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in investment management with performance analysis, reconciliation, or fund accounting.
• Analytical mindset to break down complex processes.
• Collaborative team player with effective communication.
• Interest in improving data processes and ownership of multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize pooled fund NAVs by analyzing transactions and pricing, coordinating with custodians and CC&L affiliates.
• Manage transitions related to investment performance, onboarding and communication for new products/clients, restructuring and closing portfolios.
• Support ad-hoc data, reporting, RFPs, DDQs, and sales/marketing requests.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively seek and implement process/workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Write and update procedure documentation as required.
• Support the manager in various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (“CC&L FG”) is seeking anAnalyst to join our Performance and NAV Management Team (PNM). The Performance & NAV Management Team (PNM) resides within the middle office of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&LFG) and is responsible for delivering timely and accurate NAV data and post-trade analytics that supports the investment management process of all CC&L affiliates. The team collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure NAV and performance reporting are effectively managed. What You Will Do

• Synchronize pooled fund NAVs, which involves analyzing transactions and security pricing, connecting with external custodians and internal teams across all CC&L affiliates
• Manage the transitions process related to investment performance, which includes onboarding and communication around new products/clients, restructuring and closing portfolios
• Support ad-hoc data, reporting, RFP, DDQs and sales and marketing requests
• Develop and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively seek out and implement innovative process/workflow improvements to increase efficiency, mitigate risk, and increase the level of service
• Write and update procedure documentation as required
• Support the manager in a variety of ad-hoc tasks and projects

What You Bring

• You have a degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration,or a related field. Completion of or enrollment in a relevant designation, such as CFA is an asset.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the investment management industry with exposure to investment performance analysis, reconciliation, or fund accounting is an asset.
• You possess an analytical mindset and able to break down complex processes into components in order to logically deduce the root cause of issues.
• You have a collaborative spirit that helps you to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• You have a passion for advancing the quality, scale, and efficiency of data processes and taking ownership of multiple processes with keen attention to detail.
• You constantly take a critical eye to processes with the goal of finding improvement opportunities while managing multiple responsibilities.

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
