Havas Media Network in Vancouver is seeking a Performance Specialist to join our office immediately. The role centers on building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Programmatic, Social and Search to meet client KPIs.

You will own in-platform execution, monitor pacing and spend, analyze performance, and collaborate with Planning, Investment and Analytics teams to drive integrated, data-driven campaigns.

Formación

• 2+ years in a performance media role (agency, client-side, or vendor)
• Hands-on with programmatic, social and search campaigns
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset and attention to detail
• Proactive self-starter with time management and prioritization skills
• Collaborative team player across disciplines
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsabilidades

• Build, manage, and optimize Search, Paid Social & Programmatic campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Own in-platform execution aligned to media plans, budgets and timelines.
• Monitor pacing and media spend for clients.
• Analyze performance and optimize to improve efficiency, scale and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Investment and Analytics teams for cohesive strategies.
• Develop insights and performance-driven recommendations from campaign data.
• Coordinate with platform partners and vendors to support campaign success.
