Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages Canada is seeking a Sales Representative to maximize growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones across multiple channels. You will build and sustain positive relationships in your territory, bringing PepsiCo brands to consumers nationwide.

This role focuses on driving in-store presence, onboarding new customers, and educating retailers about our beverage portfolio and upcoming innovations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• 1-2 years of customer service or direct selling experience.
• Must be able to perform physical aspects of display building and merchandising.
• Available for overnight shifts.
• Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans through selling, merchandising, shelving and building displays in assigned territory.
• Onboard new customers to PepsiCo products, services and promotions to enhance in-store presence.
• Educate customers about PepsiCo beverages and upcoming innovations.
• Develop assigned accounts to achieve sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service targets.
• Identify selling opportunities to increase displays and promotional programs in-store.
• Use knowledge of PepsiCo’s financial measures to deliver sales and profit objectives.
• Assess customer needs and market trends to develop service solutions.
• Provide high-level sales consultation and customer service to Pepsi accounts.
• Collaborate with delivery and merchandising teams to ensure top-quality servicing of accounts.

Compensation

• Base + Commission with a target wage of $68,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Executing our sales plans through selling, merchandising, shelving and building exciting displays in a specifically assigned territory
• Engaging and onboarding new customers to PepsiCo products, services and promotions to enhance PepsiCo’s in-store presence
• Educating and exciting customers about our existing portfolio of beverages and upcoming innovations
• Developing assigned accounts to achieve sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service targets
• Identify selling opportunities to increase incremental displays and promotional programs in store
• Leveraging your knowledge of PepsiCo’s key financial measures to deliver sales and profit objectives
• Evaluating customer business needs and analyzing market trends to develop service solutionsProviding an exceptional level of sales consultation, customer service, and innovative solutions
• Working closely with the delivery and merchandising departments to ensure top quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education is required
• Must possess a valid G driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
• Must be able to perform the physical aspects of the job involved in display building and merchandising our products
• 1-2 years of customer service experience or direct selling experience
• Available for overnight shifts
• Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
