PepsiCo Beverages Canada is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service to mid-format key customers. You’ll handle ordering, merchandising, stock rotation, and in-store display upkeep, while ensuring strong relationships with store decision makers.

The role offers weekly pay, health and dental benefits, and weekly OT eligibility, with a focus on safe, efficient operations and customer satisfaction across routes.

Qualifikationen

• Post-Secondary Education preferred.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
• Merchandising or retail customer service experience is helpful, but not necessary.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching over shoulder.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and push or pull up to 200 pounds using a pallet jack.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by providing exceptional customer service to various mid-format key customers. This includes executing against customer merchandising agreements, ordering and merchandising products, freshness rotation, display set up and maintenance, storage room organization and movement of product from storage to the sales floor.

• Weekly Pay Rate of $1,142.00
