Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Admin / Upgrade Specialist to join our team in Canada.

This role requires extensive PeopleTools PeopleSoft Financials GL development experience, with hands-on journal processing, multicurrency handling, allocations, and closing activities. You will work with Page Design, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, and Integration Broker, and may leverage PUM upgrades.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive PeopleTools PeopleSoft Financials GL development experience.
• Hands-on GL functionalities: Journal creation, processing, multicurrency, allocation, closing, consolidation.
• Expertise with Page Design, People Code, Application Engine, File layouts, SQR, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, and nVision4.
• Experience with PeopleTools upgrades tools and PUM is a plus.
• Collaborate with customers to refine business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Proficient in writing Design and Technical Design Documents.
• Experience with Fluid development, Tiles, and Homepage.
• NVision BI Publisher Reports experience preferred.
• End-to-end system integration and external interface testing experience.
• Strong SQL skills to fix data issues.
• Web services integration experience.

• Collaborate with co-workers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions.
• Develop Design Document and Technical Design Document.
• Work on Fluid development with Tiles and Homepage implementations.
• Utilize NVision BI Publisher Reports and latest PSFT tools.
• Perform end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions.
• Manage changes with PHIRE/STATS and related tools.

Skills and responsibilities

• Must have current extensive PeopleTools PeopleSoft Financials Development (People Code) experience in GL Module.
• Must have GL functionalities hands-on experience like Journal creation, Processing, Multicurrency, Allocation , Closing , Consolidation Equitization , Interunit processing.
• Expertise and hand on experience in technical tools like Page Design, People Code, Application engine, File layouts, SQR, BI publisher, Application packages, Component interfaces, Integration Broker, nVision4
• Hands-On experience with People Tools PeopleSoft Financials upgrades tools and (PUM) is a big bonus.
• Collaborate with co-workers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions.
• Proficient in developing Design Document and Technical Design Document.
• Have worked on Fluid development and is well versed with Tiles and Homepage.
• Experience with NVisionBI Publisher Reports Required.
• Should have worked on latest release of PSFT tools as well as application versions.
• Hands on Experience in performing end to end system integration and external interface configuration and testing.
• Heavy hands on SQL experience to write complex SQLs to fix data issues.
• Expertise working with webservices to integrate third party applications
• Trouble shoot production issues and provide solutions.
• Experience working with change control tool like PHIRE,STATS etc.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
