Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a PeopleSoft Admin / Upgrade Specialist in Toronto, ON, with 7–10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials (GL). The role requires extensive PeopleTools/PeopleCode expertise, strong SQL skills, and hands-on experience with BI Publisher and nVision reports.

Fluency in integrating PSFT with third-party systems is expected. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, creating design documents, and performing end-to-end system

Qualifications

• Must have extensive PeopleTools PeopleSoft Financials development experience in the GL module.
• Hands-on experience with GL functions: journal creation, processing, multicurrency, allocations, closing, consolidation, interunit processing.
• Expertise in tools: Page Design, PeopleCode, Application Engine, File layouts, SQR, BI Publisher, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, nVision4.
• Experience with PSFT upgrades tools (PUM) is a big bonus.
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements and design technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft Financials GL solutions.
• Work with customers to translate requirements into technical design documents.
• Work on Fluid development, Tiles, and Homepage components.
• Perform end-to-end system integrations and configure external interfaces.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide robust resolutions.
• Utilize change control tools like PHIRE and STATS for deployments.

Skills and responsibilities

• Must have current extensive PeopleTools PeopleSoft Financials Development (People Code) experience in GL Module.
• Must have GL functionalities hands-on experience like Journal creation, Processing, Multicurrency, Allocation , Closing , Consolidation Equitization , Interunit processing.
• Expertise and hand on experience in technical tools like Page Design, People Code, Application engine, File layouts, SQR, BI publisher, Application packages, Component interfaces, Integration Broker, nVision4
• Hands-On experience with People Tools PeopleSoft Financials upgrades tools and (PUM) is a big bonus.
• Collaborate with co-workers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions.
• Proficient in developing Design Document and Technical Design Document.
• Have worked on Fluid development and is well versed with Tiles and Homepage.
• Experience with NVisionBI Publisher Reports Required.
• Should have worked on latest release of PSFT tools as well as application versions.
• Hands on Experience in performing end to end system integration and external interface configuration and testing.
• Heavy hands on SQL experience to write complex SQLs to fix data issues.
• Expertise working with webservices to integrate third party applications
• Trouble shoot production issues and provide solutions.
• Experience working with change control tool like PHIRE,STATS etc.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 11 0,000 Per Year
