Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a People Partner to champion a high-performance culture across Product & Engineering. You’ll partner with leaders, drive workforce planning, succession, and leadership development, using AI-driven analytics to surface insights and inform design.

As a remote-first, AI-powered platform provider with global teams, you’ll influence decisions, support scaling, and help deploy people practices that accelerate delivery while modelling The EH Way.

Qualifications

• Experience aligning business goals to people strategies to drive performance and effectiveness.
• Background in people partnering, ideally across portfolios spanning multiple geographies.
• Comfort leveraging AI and HR analytics to provide actionable insights and support organisational design.
• Experience contributing to workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development.
• Tech-savvy background with experience working alongside cross-functional teams, preferably in technology or product-led companies.
• Strong commercial and systems thinking to connect people decisions to product delivery and business outcomes.

This role

As our People Partner (FTC 18 months), you’ll be working with Product & Engineering leaders as a member of the Performance Ops Team and will be instrumental in driving a high-performance and high-productivity culture across your portfolio to activate and amplify our people.

Your Key Focus Areas Will Be

• Provide product-led guidance to Product & Engineering leaders, enabling execution at maximum velocity.
• Contribute to the Performance Ops Team's strategic priorities, including building and scaling AI-driven people processes.
• Advise on organisational design to ensure optimisation for success, using AI tools to surface insights and stress-test decisions faster.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and a high-performance culture across Product & Engineering while modelling AI-first ways of working.

This Will Include

• Partnering strategically with Product & Engineering leaders on team scaling, organisational design, and fast, well-reasoned people decisions.
• Coaching leaders to live The EH Way through their decision-making, communication, and trade-offs.
• Driving high performance across your client group through clear expectations, active performance management, and direct, timely conversations.
• Designing talent and performance practices that support continuous delivery and fast iteration rather than annual cycles.
• Staying ahead of engagement, retention, and burnout risks using analytics and direct observation to take action with leaders.
• Leveraging AI tools and people analytics to eliminate manual work, surface real workforce insights, and stress-test decisions at scale.
