Job summary

KOMP is seeking a People Operations Manager to strengthen employee lifecycle processes and build scalable HR operations across a growing global workforce in Canada. The role emphasizes onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and accurate workforce records.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Compliance, and business teams to optimize workflows, manage HRIS platforms, and automate repetitive tasks while supporting distributed teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with HRIS and workforce-management platforms.
• Experience supporting distributed or international workforces preferred.
• Strong process-management and organizational skills.
