Job summary

Ferrero International S.A. in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Canada BU People Generalist to support the Toronto PBP across the employee lifecycle. You’ll maintain data accuracy, support local employment standards, manage onboarding, and lead junior-level recruitment within a hybrid work setup.

You have a 4+ year track record as a People Generalist, with CHRL preferred, and strong communication, confidentiality, and collaboration skills to align with Ferrero’s culture and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; CHRL preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as a People Generalist in a complex org.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports Canada BU PBP in employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
• Manages onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes.
• Leads recruitment for junior roles and tracks hires against budget.
• Ensures data accuracy and participates in salary review processes.
