• Advisory service experience and openness to diversity are required.
• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent; MFR licence required within three months of hiring with full refund upon achievement.
• Ability to listen to clients and resolve complex situations to provide tailored solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
• Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet transaction, investment, personal financing, insurance, and estate planning needs.
• Support clients through mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
• Refer clients to specialists for their specific needs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
