National Bank of Canada is seeking a Banking Advisor to support branch clients with transactions, investments, personal financing, and estate planning using a friendly, people‑centred approach. This role offers development opportunities; obtaining a mutual fund representative licence enables progression and more mutual fund transactions.

You’ll listen to clients’ needs, provide advice, refer to specialists, ensure client satisfaction, and comply with risk management rules as you work with a team

Qualifications

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity.

Responsibilities

• Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
• Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance and estate planning needs.
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
• Refer your clients to your specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
