National Bank is seeking a Banking Advisor to deliver people-focused financial guidance at the branch, listening to clients’ needs and offering tailored solutions for personal and small business banking.

The role emphasizes growth through mutual fund licensing and progression within a team of investment, mortgage, and advisory experts, with a culture that supports learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – if not, you must obtain this licence within three months of hiring with a full refund once obtained.
• Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity.

Responsabilités

• Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
• Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet transaction, investment, personal financing, insurance and estate planning needs.
• Support clients through mortgage renewal or renegotiation.
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
• Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
