Overview

The mission of the People & Culture Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Supply Chain Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for the seamless integration of Supply Chain - People related programs, initiatives, and events in alignment with our growth plans. You will play a pivotal role in supporting business needs by representing Supply Chain cross-functionally and collaborating with business partners to ensure effective implementation and operation of Supply Chain - People initiatives. With people at the heart of everything we do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia.

Responsibilities
  • Support the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of People related initiatives within the Supply Chain division
  • Ensure the most important People programs are executed perfectly and continuously improved through effective management of quality, timelines, partners, financials, processes, and tools; programs include but are not limited to:
    • People Planning Program
    • Performance Evaluation Program
    • Onboarding Program
  • Project manage or be the business lead on cross-functional People initiatives that impact the Supply Chain division
  • Support with the execution of key events within the Supply Chain division that impact our People
  • Integrate People infrastructure into and out of Supply Chain, and represent the division's interests cross-functionally
  • Provide business-driven, simple, and relevant People information to the Supply Chain division
Qualifications
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications to perform in the role, including:
    • Experience in a similar Human Resources operational role
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
Compensation & Perks

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
