A retail company in Canada is seeking a candidate for a role supporting Supply Chain initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement People-related programs and help integrate People infrastructure within the division. The ideal candidate has proven experience in Human Resources and a commitment to quality. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year along with several employee perks.
The mission of the People & Culture Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Supply Chain Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for the seamless integration of Supply Chain - People related programs, initiatives, and events in alignment with our growth plans. You will play a pivotal role in supporting business needs by representing Supply Chain cross-functionally and collaborating with business partners to ensure effective implementation and operation of Supply Chain - People initiatives. The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
