Job summary

IREN, a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider, seeks a People & Culture Manager to partner with leaders across data center regions, engineering teams, and corporate functions. You will drive employee relations, performance conversations, workforce planning, and the deployment of IREN's people programs for growth toward a 2,000+ workforce.

The role requires 7+ years HR experience, strong judgment, and the ability to collaborate with Legal, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to support site

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least three years as an HR business partner or generalist responsible for a defined client group.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted P&C partner to leaders of the client group, advising on people matters and delivering P&C services as one team.
• Own employee relations for the group: coach managers, lead investigations and handle terminations with Legal as required; ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and group design within the vertical's plan; route changes through Total Rewards cross-check.
• Deploy company-wide people programs in the group and adapt them to site realities while preserving global design.
• Lead the people side of operational and organizational change in the group with clear plans and communication.
