The role focuses on employee development, performance management, benefits, and compliance, with a commitment to safety and operational efficiency in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR or people operations, hospitality preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruitment from job posting to onboarding and orientation.
• Assists with screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding activities.
• Maintains accurate reporting metrics to understand staffing trends.
• Maintains job descriptions and organization charts.
• Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Facilitates conflict resolution and positive work environment.
• Implements employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Supports performance feedback and conducts performance reviews.
