Mattamy Homes Canada is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator in Mississauga, ON for a hybrid role (4 days in office). You will support employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, and help deliver an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
You will work with HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and reporting, partnering with the People & Culture team to drive accurate records, smooth communications, and timely people insights.

The People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional employee experience and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This position provides broad exposure to all areas of Human Resources, including employee administration, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, HRIS, reporting, and employee communications. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional looking to build a well-rounded HR career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
