Mattamy Homes Canada in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to support planning, coordination and delivery of communities. You will work with external architects, structural engineers and internal teams to ensure designs meet Mattamy standards and municipal requirements.
Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating revisions, maintaining records and assisting with budgets.

As a member of the Architecture Department, the Architectural Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and delivery of Mattamy Homes communities. Working closely with the Architectural Project Manager, external Architects and Structural Engineers, and internal teams including Construction, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing and Land, this role ensures architectural deliverables meet Mattamy standards, project schedules, municipal requirements and the Ontario Building Code.
All architectural design services are completed through external architectural consultants. The Architectural Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, reviewing and managing consultant deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
The expected hourly range for this position is $5,000 - $7,300. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside of this range, and we encourage all interested applicants to apply.
