THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, the People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) plays a key role in driving the employee experience and embedding a leadership principle aligned, high-performance culture. With the support of People & Culture Leaders, this role partners with leaders across the business to support the delivery of people initiatives, process improvements, and talent solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce capability in the Saskatchewan office. While 50% of this person’s time will be focused on Saskatchewan, the other 50% will support the People & Culture Managers on day-to-day people functions across other regions.

LOCATION
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (preferred) or Regina, Saskatchewan. Travel to Edmonton for 1 week every 3 months.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Monday – Friday in office, with occasional flexibility for necessary situations. On construction sites to connect with superintendents weekly.
