As a People and Culture Partner, you will:

  • Lead and Mentor: Empower and guide leaders within our client organizations with expert HR leadership and mentorship.
  • Strategize and Execute: Craft and implement innovative HR strategies and projects that make a real impact.
  • Support Daily Operations: Ensure smooth HR management and support on a day-to-day basis, keeping our services delivery seamless and effective.
  • Consult: Analyze and resolve HR issues, providing clear and effective solutions that address both symptoms and root causes.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: As an accredited HR professional with at least 5 years of HR Manager level experience, you have a solid foundation of experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Leadership: A knack for creating clarity in complex situations and building trust with leadership and executive teams.
  • Relationship Building: An ability to foster positive, constructive, and productive relationships through a solution-focused approach.
  • Trust and Collaboration: Commitment to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, promoting positive and constructive workplaces.
