The opportunity
As our Energy and Utility Business Unit continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our vibrant team based on the East Coast. This role can be based in Queensland or New South Wales and reports directly to the People and Culture Manager within the Energy and Utilities business.
You are an established People and Culture Business Partner who thrives under pressure, is focused on achieving results in an innovative, dynamic, fast-paced organization, using strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Downer's Energy & Utilities business unit is an integrated trans-Tasman team providing services and solutions that connect communities to essential networks and infrastructure. We design, build, operate, and maintain critical assets and networks across water, electricity, telecommunications, industrial, and power generation sectors. Our expertise includes technical engineering, OEM partnerships, and dedicated tradespeople.
