Job summary

ARCC CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking a Pensions Analyst to join their Surrey/Hants border team. You will gather and document requirements for projects, systems developments and client implementations, working with project managers and developers to ensure high data quality and timely delivery.

The role combines office-based and home-working flexibility (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) with a £40,000 salary and study support plus a company pension.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical database (DB) knowledge.
  • Strong DC knowledge from pensions administration background.
  • Strong communication, numeracy and MS Office skills.
  • Previous implementations, data analysis or business analysis experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse data effectively and accurately to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting of data analysis for checking and issue to clients.
  • Provide input to project scoping to ensure estimated effort & costs are as accurate as possible.
  • Complete client project work in line with proposal documents to expected target dates and to meet revenue requirements, ensuring any potential risk is flagged.
  • Provide input to implementation project scoping and tender responses.
  • Provide expertise on the processes/systems around implementation, particularly relating to data migration, calculation set‑up, image load and payroll reconciliation.

Job Overview

The Pensions Analyst role will see you gathering and documenting requirements associated with the delivery of projects, systems developments and client implementations. You will work closely with project managers and system developers to deliver requirements, proactively consider and anticipate customer requirements and ensure system processes and data are of a high standard.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse data effectively and accurately to ensure data integrity

Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong technical database (DB) knowledge, ideally with several years of experience in DB and DC administration
  • Strong DC knowledge gained from a background in pensions administration
  • Strong communication, numeracy and MS Office skills
  • Previous implementations, data analysis or business analysis experience is a bonus
Additional Information

Salary for the Pensions Analyst role is to £40,000 + professional study support and company pension. As mentioned above, the average working week would be 2 days office and 3 days WFH.
