Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking an Intermediate Pension Systems Specialist based in Canada to support defined benefit pension calculations, validate systems, and design test scenarios.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and actuarial professionals to ensure accurate results, maintain high calculation quality, and contribute to the improvement of testing processes across North American markets in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in defined benefit pension plan administration.
• Experience with pension calculation verification and/or implementation of pension calculation systems.

Responsibilities

• Test planning and scope definition for pension calculation systems.
• Scenario analysis to identify critical test scenarios and ensure coverage.
• Execution of pension calculation tests and validation of results.
• Issue tracking and resolution with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintenance and enhancement of test suites for new features.
• Participation in configuration reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing methodologies.
