• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, HR or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in pension/benefit space.
• Experience with US and Canada HR data, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefit and retirement billing processes, including invoicing and reporting.
• Consolidate billing processes across Canada and the US.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance data accuracy.
• Manage vendor setup and maintenance for invoice processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on billing and payments.
