Shift Physiotherapy & Wellness in Edmonton is seeking a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our collaborative team and lead a diverse pelvic health caseload.

You will treat incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and perinatal concerns with mentorship from senior pelvic health physiotherapists.

This contract role offers a competitive income-split and shifts Mon/Wed/Fri PM & Sat AM.

• Holds a Level 1 pelvic health certification or equivalent; must be authorized to perform pelvic health internal examinations.

Position: Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Shift Physiotherapy & Wellness is currently looking for a physiotherapist to join our team. The position offers a diverse caseload with a focus on pelvic health. We are seeking a physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

As a pelvic health physiotherapist you would be supporting patients presenting with a wide range of conditions, including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and perinatal concerns.

At our clinic we are committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals. Our team does include experienced senior pelvic health physiotherapists who are dedicated to mentorship and ongoing professional development. Some of our experienced pelvic health physiotherapists also offer pessary fitting services to our patients.

Shift Physiotherapy & Wellness is a locally owned, multidisciplinary clinic located in the Kings Pointe Medical Building, just north of downtown Edmonton near NAIT and Kingsway Mall. Our clinic is home to a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, pelvic health physiotherapists and massage therapists, all working together to provide comprehensive patient care. We also have an outstanding front desk team and office coordinator who handle all of the administrative tasks to support our practitioners in the care of their patients.

Available Shifts: Monday/Wednesday/Friday PM & Saturday AM

Compensation: Competitive Income-split

Required Competencies:

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• Holds a Level 1 pelvic health certification or equivalent
  • (must be authorized by the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta to perform pelvic health internal examinations)

Assets: Dry Needling or IMS, Acupuncture, Level 2 & 3 pelvic health certification, pessary fitting certification
