Using specialized assessment techniques and evidence-based care, you will address core and pelvic floor dysfunctions alongside general musculoskeletal conditions, while building strong collaborative relationships with local healthcare providers to support holistic patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pelvic health evaluations, detailed history reviews, and functional musculoskeletal assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized pelvic floor and core rehabilitation programs to address conditions such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pre-/post-natal care, and movement dysfunctions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, targeted pelvic floor muscle re-training, functional exercise, and specialized education.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adapt treatment strategies to optimize recovery and restore functional independence.
• Educate patients on pelvic anatomy, bladder/bowel mechanics, posture, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate externally with local physicians, OB/GYNs, midwives, and allied health professionals by sending timely clinical reports, discussing patient care plans, and managing outgoing/incoming referrals.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with professional regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Specialized training and clinical certification in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy (e.g., Level 1–3 Pelvic Health certification or equivalent).
• Proven experience conducting pelvic health assessments and delivering targeted pelvic floor interventions.
• Background in outpatient private practice, orthopedic care, or general musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships with external referring providers and the broader healthcare community.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate, sensitive, and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to maintain strict patient privacy, build trust, and address sensitive conditions with professionalism.
• Speaking Farsi will be an added bonus
