Job summary

Heykal HR Consulting Services is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist in BC for a pelvic health focused practice in Surrey. The position offers either 100% dedicated pelvic health work or a hybrid model with pelvic floor and general orthopedics.

Caseload includes prenatal and postpartum care, chronic pelvic pain, and complex conditions. The environment features fully private rooms, Jane App for charting, on-site parking, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, with mentorship

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist in BC in good standing.
• Caseload includes prenatal/postpartum care and pelvic health.
• Trauma-informed care approach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated pelvic health care or hybrid pelvic floor + general orthopedics.
• Manage complex pelvic health conditions with a patient-centered approach.
• Coordinate care with private rooms and integrated scheduling.

Wages & Retainers

Fee-for-Service Split: 55% to 60% based on clinical experience.

Position Requirements

• 100% Dedicated Pelvic Health Practice or Hybrid Model (Pelvic Floor + General Orthopedics).
• Caseload focus: Prenatal & Postpartum Care, Chronic Pelvic Pain, and complex conditions.
• Trauma-informed care approach highly preferred.
• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing in BC, authorized for internal exam.
• Confident, authentic, and people-friendly.
