Job summary

Pacer Group in Toronto, ON is seeking a Sr. Technical Support Analyst- PEGA for a contract role. The position is hybrid (4 days in office) and focuses on PEGA-based applications, workflow analysis, and on-call support.

You will troubleshoot SQL and Unix issues, monitor systems using ELK, Dynatrace, and PagerDuty, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents promptly. Duration 6-12 months with competitive CAD hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pega platform and Pega-based applications.
• Experience with architecture/process workflow analysis and design.
• Basic knowledge and troubleshooting of SQL, Unix, and job scheduling.
• Experience with monitoring tools and creating dashboards on ELK stack, Dynatrace, and PagerDuty.
• Flexibility to be part of a rotational on-call support model.
