Job summary

FP Inc. is seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, build and optimize customer marketing offers using Pega CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery across multiple channels. You will apply Next Best Action principles and partner with analytics, marketing and technology teams.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with large data sets, and a customer-first mindset. FP Inc. promotes inclusion and uses AI in screening; compensation ranges 50–62 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build and execute customer marketing offers across channels with eligibility analytics and 1:1 journeys.
• Apply Next Best Action design to build decision strategies and campaign eligibility in Pega.
• Document and implement business requirements for key customer interactions across channels.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and deliver insights to drive acquisition and engagement.
• Serve as liaison between analytics, marketing, product, technology, QA, and channel partners.
• Provide SME on customer contact and data validation activities.
• Support production incident investigations via the department help desk.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design, build and execute customer marketing offers/communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic and segmentations to help elevate our customer’s experiences across channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey
• Apply Next Best Action design principles to build & test decision strategies/campaign eligibility using Pega application to execute and monitor marketing offers
• Document and implement business requirements to deliver key customer interactions across multiple channels
• Analyze and synthesize data around campaign presentment and customer responses to identify trends, deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving acquisition and engagement
• Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders and channel partners
• Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities
• Support production incident investigations and inquiries through our department help desk email

Must Have skills:

• 1) 5-7+ years of experience as a Pega Developer.
• 2) 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
• 3) Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred
• 4) Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation.
• 5) 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills
• 6) 2+ years of recent experience with Python

Nice to have:

• 1) Familiarity with banking products
• 2) Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• 3) Previous experience with Data bricks.

• Strong Communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving and a natural interest in understanding customer behavior
• Analytical mindset

Education:

• • Bachelor’s Degree - Analytical background with a quantitative focus, such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science
• • Certified with Pega Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) an asset
