• Strong communication to resolve problems and manage conflicts.
• Criminal record and vulnerable sector checks required.

Responsibilities

• Meet client needs with food, shelter, and essential supplies.
• Assess client safety and well‑being in the community.
• Complete referrals, assessments, and consent forms for care plans.
• Visit clients in community or homes and respond to service requests.
• Document accurately and maintain confidential records.
