Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, families, and caregivers.

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation including assessment reports.
• Operate within the FSCD model for services.
• Stay current with research and advancements in occupational therapy.
