Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to support children with diverse needs at BrightPath centres across Calgary. You will promote independence, development, and participation in daily activities through evidence-based interventions.

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, be registered with ACOT, and able to visit multiple BrightPath locations. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with a school-year contract and a focus on

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Registered member in good standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).
  • Specialization or experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Valid Alberta driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel to BrightPath centres across Calgary.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • School year contract position. Must have their own insurance.

  • Contribute to program development and clinical quality initiatives for the organization.

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with children with diverse needs at BrightPath centres across Calgary to promote independence, development, and participation in daily activities.

Compensation: $65 - $90 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Maintain license and certification requirements, adhering to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by professional organizations such as the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create supportive and effective environments for the child
