Exhibition Place in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support day-to-day payroll administration and operations in a unionized environment. You will oversee weekly hourly payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the payroll team to meet deadlines.
The role requires several years of progressive payroll experience, with PCP certification and strong knowledge of ADP WFN, time and attendance systems, and MS Office tools.
Salary Range: $69,410.00 To $87,715.00 Annually

What can I expect to do in this role?
Support day-to-day payroll administration and operations of payroll policies and practices. Oversee the payroll processing and reconciliation of hourly payroll and assigned payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and adherence to established deadlines. Works closely with the Payroll Manger to support the coordination of payroll team activities, provides technical expertise, resolves complex payroll issues and promotes the consistent application of payroll best practices, collective agreements and legislative requirements.
