Chartwell is seeking a payroll professional to manage complex biweekly payrolls across multiple provinces in a high-volume environment. You will ensure compliance with union contracts, laws, and internal controls while supporting residents and internal departments.
Requirements include 3+ years of payroll experience in Canada, familiarity with Fusion HCM or similar cloud systems and ADP/PCPW, and strong Excel skills. CPA PCP certification or in progress is preferred.
The incumbent is responsible for effectively and accurately processing complex biweekly payrolls in a high-volume payroll department. The incumbent will act as a resource to our residences and internal departments for payroll matters and ensures that the payroll policies and procedures are being followed and comply with internal and external audit requirements.
