You bring 2–5 years of payroll experience, knowledge of Canadian payroll rules, and hands-on Workday Payroll. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication will help you support employees and managers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on payroll administration experience.
• Working towards Canadian Payroll Association certification.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation.
• Experience with Workday Payroll.
• Proficiency in Excel for payroll reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll in Workday Payroll.
• Calculate earnings, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Validate payroll results via audits and reconciliations.
• Process off-cycle payments and year-end adjustments.
• Prepare ROE and payroll reports for management.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide guidance on pay, deductions, and timelines.
