Acera Insurance is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll for about 1,300 employees across multiple jurisdictions. You will ensure accurate processing, respond to payroll inquiries, and apply payroll rules with integrity.
Reporting to the Sr. Payroll Specialist, the role focuses on regulatory compliance, year-end tasks (T4s, ROEs, PIER), and identifying improvements to payroll processes in a high-volume environment. Avanti Payroll experience is preferred.
